For the August edition of Archivio Records presents: Risk/Reward we're teaming up with renowned UK event brand and record label Discotech for a summer showcase at Apollo Studio Our secret guest headliner is a fixture at the UK's leading clubs and festivals, with a signature sound that blurs the lines between Techno and the UK's bass music heritage. With over 20 years experience in the game as an event organizer and DJ, expect a trip down the wonkiest of rabbit holes Discotech head honcho Jordan Diston has been making waves over the past few years, taking his beloved party brand on the road to Fabric London, Unum Festival and Number 90 to name a few, while continually packing them in at events in his hometown of Derby, England. His sound draws heavily from the native UKG and Tech House styles of the 90s, with a modern, playful twist The Raw Phonics boys are on tear of late, coming to us fresh from their annual boat party and with regular appearances at some of NYC's best venues including H0L0 and Outer Heaven.
