Dimensions of Being and Desires come together for one night, an exploration through sound inside a brand new downtown Atlanta
Halo Varga (San Diego)
Founder of the Muted Noise label and co-owner of Artifact Record Shop, Halo Varga carries decades in the music, including a place among fabric London’s earliest residents. From his Chicago roots he plays an organic, hypnotic strain of house and techno, vintage machines met with live, rolling grooves.
Salar Ansari (Detroit), live
Tehran-born and shaped by the city’s underground, Salar Ansari co-founded Analog Room before making Detroit his home, where his productions earned a 2021 Detroit Music Award. He performs live from hardware, building each set in the moment and folding techno, house and Persian rhythm into something shaped to the room in front of him.
Support from residents Akarsh, Silent Duality and Titino.
The room is new ground for all of us. A downtown Atlanta loft, opened only a month ago and untouched by our scene, with full production across lighting and visuals, and a legendary Klipschorn sound system on loan from the Frisky Whisker at its center.
