Dweller Electronics, as a festival, occurs annually in the last week of February as a culmination event with respect to Black History Month. As an online publication, we amplify notions of afrological conception year-round before finding our shared thoughts and selves through our bodies on the dancefloor. Through this lens, we gratefully extend an intergenerational Black liberatory tradition of collective catharsis by means of communal movement. - Public Records aims to provide a safer space.
