I hereby waive, release and discharge Mother May I ATL LLC, and all related individuals or entities involved in the organization of the Event (collectively, "Mother May I ATL") of any claims, liabilities, demands, actions or causes of action that may arise out of or in connection with the participation in the Event from myself and my child(ren). This lease of liability shall extend to all claims of any kind, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I further give Mother May I ATL permission to take and use any photograph or videotape of myself and my child(ren) taken during the Event for promotional purposes, across all mediums.
