There is no guest-list. 🎟️ What do tickets include? • All drinks throughout the event • Return transport (for Manor + Travel ticket holders) • The Manor + Travel ticket is designed to offer one simple all-in option from London. • We’ve hosted guest-list led events for years, but with a private estate, custom sound, lighting, transport and open bar, a ticketed model is the only sustainable way to deliver the experience properly. 🌳 Where is the party? The Manor is a private countryside estate in Surrey, approximately one hour from London, surrounded by open parkland and long, quiet approaches. Removed from the pace of the city, it’s a setting where space, nature and atmosphere take precedence. 📍 The event takes place in Surrey, approximately one hour from London. Shotgun only allows us to display “Secret Location, London” 🗺️ How to get there? 🚌 Coach (recommended) • Direct return coaches for the party will operate between Central London and The Manor • Coaches depart from Zone 1 between 16:30 and 17:15 • Return coaches begin departing from 00:00 🏎️ Car • Limited parking is available and must be requested in advance via i@max-presents.com 🚆Train • Nearest stations: Guildford and Farncombe • Approximately 20 minutes by taxi from either station 🍸 Bar • Open bar for all guests • Bring your own bottle is welcome, but not necessary. Please contact i@max-presents.com for approval. 🎶 Music • Max Menaged and matteomie will play an extended open-to-close set spanning melodic, indie, vocal and electronic music, moving from slower selections into peak-time energy as the evening unfolds. ℹ️ Additional Information • No on-site accommodation • No cloakroom • The event takes place outdoors on grass. Comfortable footwear is recommended • Temperatures may drop after sunset, so bringing an extra layer is advised • The pool will be open and supervised by an onsite lifeguard. Towels are not provided • Filming and photography will take place throughout the event, you can leave the phone in your pocket and enjoy • Strictly 21+, valid photo ID required • The event will proceed rain or shine.
