QUEEN OUT sources underrepresented underground talent for high-octane queer raves—notably not just gay, but queer. its uniquely diverse crowd is, in part, due to its unusual marriage of hyperpop-adjacent sounds with afro-inspired genres like baile funk and jersey club, and presenting it on a 360-stage. in other words, ass-shaking beats with lots you'll be able to sing along to.
born in february 2025 from besties tson, a black queer promoter from detroit, and MAMA SAN, an asian transmasc promoter/dj from the bay, QUEEN OUT celebrates queer community, and the power of music. one thing they are vocally intentional about is inclusivity: sapphic, trans, and bipoc folks are centered, both in the historic castro gayborhood and beyond.
