Rose & Lily started with a simple question: where can women go to move and connect to their sensuality without being watched?
Not a nightclub. Not a fitness class. Not a stage. A room where a woman can close her eyes, breathe, and let her body lead, surrounded by other women doing the same in a beautiful atmosphere.
We could not find that room in Denver, so we built it. Once a month on Sundays at noon, Rose & Lily gathers inside Room Service, a non-alcoholic elixir club, for guided sensual and grounding movement. Some events carry Rose energy: passionate, expressive, alive. Some weeks carry Lily: soft, restorative, still. Both are a way back home to yourself.
No dance experience is needed. No one performs. Women arrive as strangers and leave more confident and connected than when they walked in.
This is where women come to feel, connect, dance, not perform. We would love to have you in the room.
