Coming out of the Midwestern school of DJs, whose foundation is rooted in discipline, and part of a European generation that treats DJing as true craftwork, she shaped her ear between two worlds: the tougher edges of the US house music scene and Europe’s late-night circuits. That split foundation gave her both the grounded pulse of home and the slow-burn control that defines Europe’s dancefloors, pushing her toward a lean, rhythmic language that’s become her signature.
