For these, please reach out to DJ girlcrush to sign up in advance! Then we’ll head upstairs to take over the belly of the whale. With one of the best sound systems in the city and this gorgeous space, you'll have a great time whether you play or just come to dance. Bring your friends, family, lovers—or come solo. All levels are welcome! Just bring a USB, a pair of headphones, and whatever sounds you've been playing with lately, and connect with fellow local selectors and music lovers. If you can’t make it this time, mark your calendars for the second Tuesday every month and come by when you can. LOGISTICS How it works: ~ 6pm - 8pm ~ Downstairs: Vinyl, sign-up in advance with @djgirlcrush ~ 8pm - 12am ~ Upstairs: Raffle, sign up in person, FLINTA* DJs get 2x tickets, 20 min slots FLINTA* stands for “Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Nonbinary, Trans, Agender, and * for other gender nonconforming people.” This term comes from the German club scene.
