The idea of the parties is to showcase some of the leading women artists in Barcelona's local and international House and Techno scene by bringing them together to perform in the fun and intimate setting of one of our city's classic clubs, Macarena Club. ++++ Magnolia's 55th edition welcomes Paris-based DJ Christie to Macarena Club, joining Isa Rojas b2b Amalia Balbontin for a night built on deep rhythm and much groove. Christie brings her distinctive Parisian touch to the booth, while Isa and Amalia close a beautiful chapter together before Amalia heads back to Chile. A proper Magnolia send-off. ++++ Christie weaves her sets like shadow-and-light narratives, blending textures with emotional depth. Behind the decks since 2022, she crafts journeys where hypnotic grooves meet melodic textures, percussive energy, and moments that cut deep. Her sets play with contrasts - driving 4x4 rhythms and suspended fragments - always guided by intensity. In 2024, she released her debut EP Nevrotiq, an intimate and powerful statement where neurosis is transformed into sound, merging mental trance with raw percussive force. Founder of the all-female collective Club Sauvage and now part of the Pygments Records roster, Christie brings a singular energy to the electronic scene.
