Descrição

Purim at House of Yes is back! Get ready for the wildest Purim celebration in NYC—expect debauchery, dancing, and enough hamantaschen to fuel your questionable decisions. Megillah readings on speed? Yes. Drunken revelry? Definitely. Dress as your most unhinged self, embrace the absurdity, and let’s turn this holiday into a fever-dream of joy, justice, and questionable life choices.

Purim—some say it’s the original party holiday. Other say it's based on a Mesopotamian holiday celebrating a fertility goddess with cookies that suspiciously look like vaginas.  And yet others say none of it matters - you dress up, you drink, you make some noise, you give gifts, and hopefully you forget the inescapable, creeping sense of impending doom for a just little bit.

⫸ LOOKS

It’s a costume party! Wear a costume, and try to be original, that cheap Mario outfit from Temu isn’t going to impress anyone. You can wear anything, or something related to the Purim story, or drag, as has been a custom throughout history on Purim - no one will judge you! Aside for the judges during the contest-they will definitely be judging you. Best costume wins a prize! Worst costume will be mocked endlessly and sent to the bris station to cut a little extra off the top.
