🧶🔊 Welcome to The Tangle // 002: 🔊🧶 It is with GREAT excitement that we welcome Brooklyn based producer & DJ, Adrian Hex to the stage on 11.14.2026 for the second iteration of The Tangle!! Adrian Hex & Dan Knots go back to when Adrian was cutting his teeth as an audio engineer. Riza helped tie the first knot, & the years of shared booths, sweaty dance floors, & festival weekends have only pulled it tighter. Pittsburgh by birth & Brooklyn by choice, Adrian is a classically trained percussionist who explored the worlds of classical & jazz music long before he ever touched a sequencer. Since 2023 he’s held a residency with Shift NYC while regularly touring to Berlin, playing to crowds who stay late into the night for the deepest cuts. His tracks sit low & lean & are comprised of broken rhythms that get tucked under the groove where vocals barely rise above a breath, while the composition pulls you in slowly. Calosc, EvilGroove,& Trau-ma are all labels that have played host to his releases, & his tunes have found their way into spaces like Basement, Berghain, & Tresor (just to name few). LESS IS MORE & Adrian proves that with every track from first kick to last. Expect a night of deep hypnotic techno expressed through a perfectly curated selection of tracks accompanied by his own modern techno masterpieces.
