Hugo and Lucien, from Rouen, Normandy, come from two apparently distinct universes, one comes from the brawling version of techno, the warehouse's one. The other is a post-punk addict, and tries to create poetic landscapes and cathartic experiences. After months of experimentation and a trip to Australia, the duo La Dispatch was born. Suicide, New Order or even DAF, these two childhood friends have a guiding principle: the groove and radicality of the UK scene, the dark aesthetic of new-wave and the lightness of psychedelia. Today in Bordeaux, the group launched their first EP at the beginning of October, followed by a series of concerts across France to share exciting and surprising stage experiences.
