Fervent advocate of the return of 90’s Deep & Garage House since 2008, Kicks is a well-established producer and DJ in the French scene since his first release on Cracki Records in 2013. Whether he’s digging into Soulful Garage House, his signature style, or into Deep Tech House, Kicks delivers the best of the underground sound from the ’90s and early 2000s. A clever blend of club energy and musicality, rich in chords, taking the best from each generation which convinced labels like Rutilance, Joule (Janeret), and Ordinaire. His tracks are played by Djoko, Cinthie or Chris Stussy, the latter estimated his track Marvin as the best of 2020.
