Since 2011, Jess Labrador has made music and toured extensively under the Chasms moniker. The Hawaii-born producer, vocalist, and sound designer has released several albums on the Felte label, including On the Legs of Love Purified (2016), The Mirage (2019), and Glimpse of Heaven (2023). Blending dubby downtempo rhythms, brooding atmospherics, guitar embellishments, and delicate vocals, Labrador creates sparse, ethereal arrangements potent with emotion.
